General Terms & Conditions
Berbère Palace, Ouarzazate
Purpose
These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all bookings and accommodation services provided by Le Berbère Palace, located at Rue Al-Mansour Ad-Dahbi, 45000 – Ouarzazate, Morocco.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the guest.
Booking and confirmation
Reservations may be made via the official website, by telephone, by e-mail, or directly at the hotel reception.
To be valid, all bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by the payment of a deposit.
A booking becomes final only after written confirmation has been sent by the hotel.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Late check-out may result in the billing of an additional night, unless agreed otherwise with the hotel.
Cancellation and modification policy
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the period and rate chosen.
Unless otherwise specified:
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
Beyond this deadline, the first night will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay may be charged.
Any modification of the booking is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Rates and payment
Rates are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes (including VAT).
The local tourist tax, as set by the authorities, is charged in addition and payable on site.
Payment for the stay may be made in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), or by bank transfer accepted by the hotel.
Special offers, promotions, or prepaid bookings may be subject to specific conditions (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable).
Stay at the hotel
Guests agree to respect the hotel’s internal regulations, available at the reception.
For security reasons, persons not registered at the reception are not allowed in the rooms.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions; please contact the hotel prior to arrival.
Any damage caused by the guest during the stay may be billed for repair or replacement.
Liability
The hotel declines any liability in case of loss, theft, or damage of valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or at the reception.
The hotel shall not be held liable in case of force majeure or events beyond its control (power outages, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
Personal data
The information collected when making a booking is subject to computer processing for the purpose of managing stays.
In accordance with Moroccan Law n°09-08 and the GDPR, guests have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ouarzazate, Morocco.
